Olive-Almond Pate

Ingredients
¾ cup cured ripe olives, pitted
½ cup cream cheese (I like Marin Cheese Company’s fresh cream cheese)
½ cup roasted almonds
2 roasted red peppers, peeled, seeded and coarsely chopped
½ cup freshly shredded Grana Padano or Parmigiano Reggiano cheese
Cracked pepper, to taste

You will also need:
Food processor
Medium Bowl

Instructions
Place olives, cream cheese, almonds, peppers, shredded cheese and cracked pepper into the bowl of a food processor. Process at medium speed for about 1 minute. Spoon into a bowl.

Serve with bread or crackers.

Can keep refrigerated for several days.
